I'm wondering that too. I've never been to one of the discussions but would like to try and attend. Do you find this valuable?

Sorry we were so late with the schedule. The group is meeting for sure on June 7 and 21. We may also meet on June 14 and I will confirm that on the website in the next couple of days. Do you find this valuable?

You would be most welcome to attend the group. It is very hard to recover from an eating disorder and especially hard to recover without support. This group offers ongoing support from people who are living all stages of the recovery process.

You can always come once and see if it works for you. It may be a small investment for something that could be very helpful to you. Do you find this valuable?
